Welcome to 2017

Arnold Bennett:

“The chief beauty about time is that you cannot waste it in advance. The next year, the next day, the next hour are lying ready for you, as perfect, as unspoiled, as if you had never wasted or misapplied a single moment in all your life. You can turn over a new leaf every hour
if you choose.”

Practical Law Dispute Resolution has written about the litigation top ten tips, Practical Law Arbitration has written about arbitration’s top ten cases and Practical Law Commercial has written about the key decisions affecting commercial, consumer and contract law in 2016.

…and the start of 2017

There is plenty for construction practitioners to look forward to in 2017. While Brexit is likely to dominate headlines, we still have an A to Z of change to look forward to over the next 12 months. We have identified the key construction events in the coming year.

Other Practical Law services have done the same, including:

We hope you had a relaxing festive break because 2017 promises to be another busy year.
